We’ve been tending to the François Dubois champagne vineyards since 1764 so we do our utmost to limit and reduce the products we use.
We hope to achieve the “Sustainable Winemaking” certification and zero-weedkiller by 2016.
We take health and environmental issues very seriously so we publish extracts from analysis reports about our wine.
Analysis Report Extract
Any weedkillers the laboratory want to find are in red. The results prove that no trace was detected in the bottle submitted for analysis.
Phosphorous acid is a component that we will have to find naturally present in wine in organic and mineral form.
